A Ten-Hour Flight That Changed Everything
It was 1995. My Aunt Cassandra surprised me with a trip to Hawaii — and for a Southern girl from Savannah, Georgia, it was the most terrifying and extraordinary thing I had ever experienced. I remember the tears before takeoff and the complete silence when I looked out the window and saw Honolulu for the first time.
The mountains. The tropical flowers. The warmth of the culture. It was paradise — and it changed me forever. That one trip opened my eyes to a world I had only seen in magazines, and I have never stopped exploring since.
That journey became my purpose. Today, it is my mission to give every traveler I work with that same feeling — the one that reminds you the world is far bigger, more beautiful, and more accessible than you ever imagined.
