Travel Booking Policy

Service Fee Structure
To ensure every client receives premium service and customized travel planning, a non-refundable service fee applies to all bookings:

Domestic Travel

Per Person
International Travel
$50
Per Person
Group Travel (10+)
What this fee covers:
Personalized itinerary planning tailored to your budget, dates, and travel style
Research and securing the best available rates across airlines, hotels, and cruise lines
Professional assistance before, during, and after your trip
Access to exclusive deals, upgrades, and travel perks
Note: This service fee is separate from and in addition to airline tickets, accommodations, or package costs.

Payment Policy
All bookings require the service fee to be paid upfront before research and planning begin.
Travel package costs — flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions — must be paid according to the individual supplier’s terms and deadlines.
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or approved payment plan options.

Booking Confirmation
After your service fee is processed, you will receive:
A Planning Consultation via email or phone to discuss your trip in detail
A customized itinerary proposal tailored to your travel style, dates, and budget
Supplier quotes and complete payment instructions for your chosen packages

Cancellations & Refunds
Service fees are non-refundable — they cover the time and expertise invested in planning your trip regardless of whether the trip proceeds.
Refunds for airfare, hotel, or cruise bookings are governed entirely by the individual supplier’s cancellation policy. Please review supplier terms carefully before finalizing payment.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other covered events.

Etravels Everywhere strongly encourages all clients to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unexpected events including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, and lost luggage. We can assist you in identifying and securing the best coverage available for your specific trip.

Responsibility & Liability
Etravels Everywhere operates as an independent travel consultant and does not own, operate, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour company. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, injuries, property damage, or additional expenses caused by suppliers, weather conditions, acts of government, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. By booking with Etravels Everywhere, clients acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

Changes to Your Itinerary
Any requested changes after booking confirmation has been issued may incur additional fees depending on the nature and timing of the change.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested changes, subject to supplier availability, terms, and applicable deadlines.
